One of the best things about a weekend is letting yourself lose …For those following a diet this is a cheat day… many its a relishing a great meal for lunch… This meal was special as it was prepared by me and dad…. Father and daughter got along in the kitchen, giving my mom a break… The dish of the day was ‘Butter Garlic Prawns’. This dish is really quick and easy to make.

Here is all you need to prepare this lip- smacking dish ‘Butter Garlic Prawns’

Prawns – 1/2 kg
Garlic- 20
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Corriander- 1 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Butter – 1 tbsp
Salt- To taste
Oil- 1tbsp

– In a non stick vessel heat oil and butter .

– Add garlic . Saute till the raw smell goes. Add Prawns . Once the prawns starts to change colour add the chilli flakes , pepper powder, lime juice and salt .

– Give it all a good stir . Lastly add the finely chopped corriander leaves . Serve on plate
